1. Introduction

Welcome to Lemon Supercomputer (“Lemon Supercomputer,” the “Service,” or the “App”), provided and operated by Hey Lemon Computing, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Hey Lemon Computing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

4. Agent Functionality

Lemon Supercomputer enables users to interact with AI-powered agents that may retrieve information, generate content, maintain conversation history, store memory, and perform actions through connected third-party services.

The Service performs actions only in response to user instructions or user-configured automations.

You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions, outputs, recommendations, or content generated by the Service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Lemon Supercomputer to access and use the data and permissions that you explicitly grant.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide such content.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses artificial intelligence systems to generate responses, recommendations, summaries, analyses, and other outputs.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or outdated.

You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and determining whether to rely upon any output generated by the Service.

The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, employment, investment, or other professional advice.

HEY LEMON COMPUTING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• HEY LEMON COMPUTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON SUCH OUTPUTS;
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HEY LEMON COMPUTING DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hey Lemon Computing and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law;
• Your infringement of the rights of any third party.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
